1About these terms

These terms explain how you may use this website and set out the general basis on which AZZUREX deals with business customers. Specific quotes, orders and supply agreements may contain additional or different terms, and where they do, those will apply to that order.

2Quotes and orders

A quote is an invitation to place an order, not a guarantee of supply. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. Prices, quantities, specifications and lead times are those stated in the quote or order confirmation.

3Minimum order quantities

Minimum order quantities vary by product and by the level of customization required. We will confirm the minimum for your project when we prepare your quote.

4Specifications and approval

You are responsible for checking and approving the specifications, artwork, branding and packaging details for your project before production begins. Once you have approved them, production follows the approved details.

5Samples

Where applicable, samples can be developed and reviewed before larger production. The terms for samples, including any charges and timing, will be agreed with you for each project.

6Branding and customer materials

If you provide logos, artwork, names or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that using them to make your products does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any request that we reasonably believe could infringe the rights of others or break the law.

7Pricing and payment

Prices and payment terms are those set out in your quote or order confirmation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, production begins once the agreed payment terms have been met.

8Delivery and shipping

Delivery terms, timing, shipping method and shipping costs are agreed for each order. Delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Import duties, taxes and customs requirements in the destination country are normally the customer’s responsibility unless agreed differently.

9Quality and claims

Please inspect your goods when you receive them. If you believe there is a defect or a difference from the approved specifications, contact us promptly with details and photos so we can look into it. How a valid claim is resolved will be set out in your order agreement.

10Website content and intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to AZZUREX or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Brands and logos you supply remain your property.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AZZUREX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Governing law

The law that applies to your order, and where any dispute would be resolved, will be stated in your quote or order agreement.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
